اصيبت بالتهاب المفاصل من 24 سنة عندما كان عمري 10 سنوات عام 1984 ووصل تاكل المفصل الى نهاية وبدأت الالام تزداد كل سنة مما ادي الى التقليل من الحركة واداء الانشطة الحياتية وبعض الاحيان الى الإعاقة والجلوس بالمنزل . هل التدخل الجراحي سوف يكون العلاح بزراعة المفصل الاصطناعي والذي لابد منه يوما من الايام ، نصيحة الاطباء عدم اجراء ذلك الا بعد ان تسوء الحالة الى عدم القدرة على المشي والنوم والالام المستمرة ، المفصل الاصطناعي ليس له فوائد غير التخفيف من الالام و بعد اجراء الجراحة لايتغير اى شي وعمره الافتراضي من 5-10 سنوات ولا يتم استبداله الى مرة واحدة .

I had been infected when I was young 10 years old 1984 in my right hip joint I was treated in local hospitals and did 3 surgeries to wash the joint. Now the joint has just hard friction movement and the pain come more in last year, the right leg is shorter a bout 2.5 cm my body weight a bout 60 kg. I am afraid this is the end stage of degenerate hip disease and I have to

Diagnosis – septic arthritis more than 24 years. Acute synovitiswith suppuration

Do I have to a surgery at this time Hard fracture& walking with limp and painful- What is the new or last technology for thi surgery
